Service Agreement

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs all client engagements with Rankosys. A tailored version of this agreement, including specific project scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines, is issued to each client prior to commencement of work. The general terms below apply to all engagements unless overridden by a signed project-specific agreement.

Scope of Work

The scope of services to be delivered by Rankosys will be defined in a written proposal or Statement of Work (SOW) provided before project commencement. This includes:

✅ Specific deliverables and formats

✅ Project timelines and milestones

✅ Agreed monthly/project fees

✅ Communication and reporting schedule

Any work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately and must be approved in writing before commencing.

Deliverables & Revisions

Rankosys will deliver all agreed outputs to the standard defined in the SOW. Unless otherwise agreed:

Content deliverables (blog posts, copy, reports) include up to 2 rounds of revisions per deliverable.

▶

Web design projects include revisions at each agreed stage (wireframe, design, development). Revisions beyond this are billed at the standard hourly rate.

▶

SEO and digital strategy deliverables are considered accepted if no written feedback is received within 7 business days of delivery.

▶

Rankosys retains all working files, source documents, and templates unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, business data, strategies, or trade secrets shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement for a period of 2 years.

Rankosys will not disclose client business strategies, keyword data, or performance metrics to third parties without explicit written consent, except where required by law.

Non-Solicitation

During the term of the engagement and for 12 months following its conclusion, the client agrees not to directly solicit, hire, or contract with any Rankosys team member or contractor who worked on their account, without prior written consent from Rankosys.

Warranties & Representations

Rankosys warrants that all services will be performed with reasonable care and skill by qualified professionals. The client warrants that all materials and information supplied to Rankosys are accurate, legally compliant, and do not infringe third-party rights.
