This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines the standards of conduct expected from all clients and website visitors engaging with Rankosys and its services. By using rankosys.com or engaging our services, you agree to comply with this policy.

Our Commitment to Ethical SEO

Rankosys operates exclusively using white-hat, ethical SEO and digital marketing practices. We fully comply with Google’s Webmaster Guidelines, Bing Webmaster Guidelines, and all major search engine terms of service.

We will never implement black-hat tactics, spam, link manipulation, cloaking, or any practice that could put your website at risk of a manual penalty or algorithmic devaluation.

Prohibited Activities

Rankosys will not provide services to clients or websites engaged in the following activities:

🚫 Black-Hat SEO

Link schemes, PBNs, keyword stuffing, cloaking, hidden text, or any tactics violating search engine guidelines.

🚫 Illegal Content

Any website, service, or content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or violates applicable law.

🚫 Spam Operations

Mass unsolicited email campaigns, automated spam, fake reviews, or any form of digital deception.

🚫 Harmful Niches

Malware, phishing, counterfeit goods, illegal gambling, adult content directed at minors, or hate speech.

🚫 Competitor Attacks

Negative SEO campaigns targeting competitors, including spammy link-building or DDoS-related activities.

🚫 Misrepresentation

Providing false information about your business, competitors, or the services you offer to your customers.

Note: Rankosys reserves the right to terminate any engagement immediately, without refund, if a client is found to be engaged in prohibited activities — even if discovered after project commencement.

Client Conduct Standards

All clients engaging Rankosys are expected to:

Communicate respectfully and professionally with all Rankosys team members at all times.

Not request that Rankosys produce content, strategies, or tactics that violate this policy or any applicable law.

Not attempt to reverse engineer, replicate, or resell Rankosys’s proprietary processes, methodologies, or templates.

Report any suspected misuse of our services or content to hello@rankosys.com promptly.

Enforcement

Rankosys reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this policy. Where a violation is confirmed, we may take action including:

Immediate service suspension

Termination of engagement without refund

Legal action where appropriate

Reporting to relevant authorities
